Prof. Suresh P. Vyas is an eminent Professor of Biotechnology and he recently retired from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and was also acting Vice Chancellor, Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, India. He has about 36 years of teaching and research experience at postgraduate level. He is pioneer scientist in the field of nano-biotechnology and immunology. He has judiously exploited bioligands for targeting of bioactives and antigens. He has supervised 51 PhDs and more than 130 M. Pharm students. He has over 315 research publications to his credit published in journals of high scientific impact. He authored 16 reference books including Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Liposomal Therapeutics, Novel Controlled Drug Delivery Systems, Targeted Drug Delivery Systems, Theory and Practices in Novel Drug Delivery Systems and contributed many chapters in various renowned books. He is a commonwealth postdoctoral fellowship awardee and has worked under fellowship at School of Pharmacy University of London (U.K.). Prof. Vyas is a recipient of Best Scientist award by Association of Pharmacy Professionals (APP) 2014, National Teacher Excellence Award by IES group of Institution, 2014, Pandit Lajja Shankar Jha award, Best Pharmacy Teacher of the year 2001 by Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India and many more. He has been on various administrative positions of the university including Dean, Faculty of technology; Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Department of Biotechnology, Chairman, board of studies etc. He serves on the editorial board of International Journal of Pharmaceutics (Elsevier), Recent Patents on Drug Delivery and Formulation (Bentham Science Publishers), Therapeutic Delivery (Future Science Groups), Journal of Drug Delivery (Hindawi) and Journal of Nanoscience Letters (Simplex publishers). Prof. Vyas is widely visited scientist and delivered invited/popular/keynote addresses in national and international conferences in India and abroad.

Dr. Ranendra Narayan Saha is Senior Professor of Pharmacy and Acting Vice chancellor of BITS Pilani. Before being appointed Director of BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, he was Dean of Faculty; Deputy Director (Administration) of BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Deputy Director (Research and Educational Development) of BITS Pilani (university) and was driving research agenda for all 4 campuses of BITS Pilani during 2010-2014. He has been recipient of Shri B. K. Birla and Shrimati Sarala Birla Chair Professorship award by BITS Pilani, Pharmacy Professional of the Year” Award given by Indian Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and Technologists for his contributions in Pharmacy field and “The Best Pharmacy Teacher Award” by Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), in recognition of his contribution in teaching and research in the field of Pharmacy. He has successfully completed many projects funded by different industries and govt funding agencies. He has transferred 7 product technologies to Pharma industries. He has some patents in his credit. One controlled release product designed by Dr. Saha has been granted Indian Patent and commercialized and launched to Indian market by Ipca Laboratories limited, Mumbai by the name Zerodol CR and Movon CR. He has already guided 26 doctoral students and is currently supervising 5 doctoral candidates. He has guided more than 100 M.Pharm Dissertation Projects. He has published more than 125 papers in reputed international, national journals and more than 100 papers have been presented in international and national Conferences/ Seminars/ Symposiums and delivered invited lectures at conferences, symposiums.He has visited USA, Canada, UK, Sweden, China, Syria, Nepal and other countries on invitation from universities, Industries and associations to deliver lectures. He is also member scientific associations/societies like Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India; Indian Pharmaceutical Association; India; ISTE; Controlled Release Society Inc., USA; American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), USA; American Chemical Society, USA; Controlled Release Society, Indian Chapter.

Prof. Ganesh Pandey earned his Ph.D in 1979 from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), India. Prof. Ganesh Pandey is a Distinguished Professor in Banaras Hindu University from 2019 to till date.He was appointed as a Director for CBMR, Lucknow from 2013 to 2019. Prof. Pandey has vast experience in the area of teaching and research and was associated with National Chemical Laboratory, Pune for the period 1984 to 2013. Prof. Pandey has earned many academic awards for his phenominal contribution in the field of Science and Technology. He is also member of many research societies and scientific advisory boards ie. Council Member, Indian National Science Academy, Fellow of Indian National Science Academy (FNA), Fellow of Indian Academy of Sciences (FASc), National Academy of Sciences (FNASc) etc.

Dr. Keshav Deo has earned his Ph.D in Medicinal Chemistry from Central Drug Research Institute in Lucknow, India, in 1989 and Master’s Degree from Agra University in 1985. Dr. Deo is a life member of various national, international chemical research societies and scientific advisory boards. He is supervisor and Adjunct Professor for students pursuing a PhD degree in Indian universities. He also holds more than 330 patent applications, globally.

Dr. Ram Kumar Dhaked earned his PhD in Biotechnology and having 20 years of experiences as scientist in DRDE, Gwalior. He has worked as research scholar on the problem ‘Role of cathepsin L in oncogene mediated metastases’ at Department of Biochemistry, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. Currently, he is working as scientist on the projects ‘Development of detection test for bacterial toxins’ and ‘Biodegradation of organic waste at psychrophilic temperatures’ in Biotechnology Division, DRDE, Gwalior. Dr. Dhaked is a life member of various national and international research societies.
